Privacy policy
How Infozentra Data Group collects, uses and protects personal information. Last updated 26 October 2026.
Who we are
Infozentra Data Group ("we", "us") provides business and consumer contact data, data enrichment, data cleansing and email campaign services. For any privacy question, email privacy@infozentradatagroup.com.
Information we collect
We handle three kinds of personal information:
- Website visitors and enquiries: details you submit through our forms, such as name, work email, company, phone and your message, plus basic technical data such as IP address and browser type.
- Clients: contact and billing details of the people we work with, and any files clients send us for enrichment or cleansing.
- Professional and consumer contact data: business contact details of professionals (such as name, job title, company, business email and phone) and, for consumer services, permission-based records collected by third parties with the individual's consent.
Where our data comes from
Business contact data is compiled from public company websites, business directories, government and professional registers, published articles, trade events and our own research. Consumer data comes only from partners who collect it with opt-in consent for marketing. We keep a record of the source of each dataset.
How we use information
- To answer enquiries and provide quotes and samples.
- To deliver the services our clients order, including list building, enrichment, cleansing and campaigns.
- To verify and update the accuracy of our data.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We rely on legitimate interests for business-to-business marketing data, on consent for consumer marketing data, and on contract for client relationships, depending on applicable law.
Sharing and selling
We license business and consumer contact data to clients for their sales and marketing. Clients must agree to use it lawfully and honour opt-outs. We also share information with service providers who help us operate, such as hosting and email verification providers, under confidentiality terms. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, licensing contact data can count as a "sale"; you can opt out at any time on our Do not sell my info page.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to object to its use for marketing, and to opt out of its sale. To use any of these rights, visit our opt-out page or email us. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising their rights. We will respond within the time required by law, normally within 30 days.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry and client records for as long as needed for the relationship and our legal obligations. Client files sent for enrichment or cleansing are deleted when the project closes unless the client asks us to keep them. We protect data with access controls, encrypted transfer and regular reviews of who can access it.
International transfers
We may process data in the countries where we and our service providers operate. Where the law requires, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top.
