Agreement
These terms apply to your use of this website and to any data or services you order from Infozentra Data Group. Each order may also have its own quote or agreement, which takes priority if there is a conflict.
Use of data
- Data is licensed to you for your own internal sales and marketing unless your order says otherwise.
- You may not resell, publish or share the data with third parties without our written permission.
- You must use the data in line with applicable law, including anti-spam, privacy and do-not-call rules, and honour every opt-out request.
Accuracy
We verify our data carefully, but contact information changes constantly and we cannot guarantee every record is accurate at the time you use it. Any replacement or accuracy commitments are set out in your order.
Campaign services
For campaigns we run on your behalf, you approve all content before sending and confirm that your offer and claims are lawful. We may pause a campaign that risks breaching law or harming sending reputation.
Payment
Prices, payment terms and delivery timelines are set out in each quote. Data is delivered once payment terms are met.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
